Rhino Post Safari Lodge sits in a private concession within the Kruger National Park on the unfenced border with the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve, one of the best game-viewing spots in the country. One of the big attractions here is walking safaris, and there is even a separate Plains Camp and sleep out decks for those who want to undertake lengthy bush walks over a couple of days. At the main Safari Lodge, natural building materials have been used throughout, so there’s lots of stone, wood and thatch. The suites are large and very comfortable, but not at all pretentious, and the whole camp overlooks a waterhole, so there’s always the chance to spot some game even when relaxing on your private deck or in the swimming pool.
