Rhino Ridge is located within Africa’s oldest proclaimed Game Reserve – Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park in northern KwaZulu Natal. The lodge is the first private concession within the 96, 000 hectare park in the quiet western boundary, and it is a well-run community lodge offering spectacular scenery and excellent big-5 safari opportunities.  Constructed of wood, concrete and glass the lodge was built to blend into the surrounding indigenous bush. 8 Bush and 2 Honeymoon Villas (with plunge pools) are spacious and attractive individual buildings with private decks and fireplaces. Cosy but comfortable, the 4 two-bedroom safari suites are suitable for families. Between morning and afternoon game drives, perhaps unwind beside the pool, or take advantage of the spa facilities.
